Leadership Team

Mark Stefanic brings more than 40 years of experience across finance, marketing, real estate, sales, and business systems. His background combines strategic planning with operational experience, including financial analysis and the management of businesses in the hospitality and leisure industries.

Throughout his career, Mr. Stefanic has worked on international joint ventures, improved business and sales processes, and developed marketing channels. His systems experience includes managing development and integration across multiple platforms and redesigning data structures to support business operations.

Mr. Stefanic served on The Workforce Connection Board from 2004 to 2022 and on the Board of the Rockford Area Convention & Visitors Bureau from 2008 to 2014, including two years as Chairman.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts with majors in Accounting and Economics from Benedictine University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, with a specialization in Finance and a concentration in Marketing.
