Leadership Team

Mark Stefanic has over 40 years of experience in finance, marketing, real estate, sales, systems development and system integration. His background includes work on international joint ventures, streamlining business processes, re-engineering sales processes and developing marketing channels. He has managed multiplatform systems integration and development including redesign of data structures. A portion of his career was spent in financial analysis and operating multiple businesses in the hospitality and leisure industries. Mark served on The Workforce Connection Board from 2004 - 2022. He served on the Board of the Rockford Area Convention & Visitors Bureau from 2008 - 2014, serving 2 years as Chairman in 2010. Mark has a BA from Benedictine University with Majors in Accounting and Economics. He has an MBA from the University of Chicago with a Specialization in Finance and a Concentration in Marketing.
