Mr. Kyle Schilling has been with First Midwest Group since 2015. Kyle is passionate about using capital, data, and processes to help make the Midwest – his lifelong home – a great place for family, colleagues, community members, and beyond. He works at the intersection of finance, accounting, and operations, and helps with many facets of the company across financial analysis, new and current investments, and accounting support. He started his career at Deloitte’s Chicago Private Wealth Tax Services before joining First Midwest Group, and he is a graduate of Northern Illinois University.
