For nearly three decades, Mr. Bharat Puri has been an integral part of the company's growth and success. Since joining the organization, he has led initiatives across leasing, development, construction, financing, and property management, helping guide the company through multiple economic cycles, including recessions and market downturns. His broad experience, strategic perspective, and steady leadership have been instrumental in driving long-term value and positioning the company for continued success.

With extensive expertise spanning the entire real estate lifecycle from acquisition and financing through development, construction, leasing, and long-term asset management, Mr. Puri combines strategic vision with hands-on operational experience. He oversees key aspects of the company's portfolio and has played a central role in executing development projects, managing construction activities, securing financing, and optimizing property operations.

Mr. Puri has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Rockford College and further expanded his leadership and business expertise through executive education programs at Harvard Business School and the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Throughout his career, he has been fortunate to learn from exceptional mentors, including his uncle, who served as an early role model and helped shape his values and work ethic. Drawing on lessons from these "old-school" mentors, he believes in integrity, hard work, long-term relationships, and maintaining a disciplined approach to business through both prosperous and challenging times.

Outside of work, Mr. Puri enjoys international travel, cross-country skiing, and mountaineering. He is passionate about exploring new cultures, experiencing the outdoors, and pursuing adventures around the world that reflect the same perseverance, curiosity, and commitment that have defined his professional career.
